We promote the development of self-discipline in all students as members of a caring community. They are encouraged to get on, learn, work and play harmoniously in order to get the best from their time at Melior Community Academy. We want all children to have a good experience at school because we believe they are worth it. We tell students this and we treat them accordingly. Rewards trips are organised twice per year in recognition of good behaviour in school. Students have the opportunity to choose to participate in a choice of trips/activities.
We have a Positive Reward System that encourages children to work hard, to attend regularly and to join in with school activities.

effort and attainment.
