Our Business Advisor

Farhan Ahmed | Head of Department of Marketing, Languages & Tourism and Associate Professor – Lincoln International Business School

It is an absolute honour and privilege to have the opportunity to volunteer my time as an Enterprise Advisor and to be linked with Melior Community Academy in particular, it is a role that I am very excited about and looking forward to with immense pride and enthusiasm. I have heard so many fantastic things about Melior Community Academy and having visited the school several times can see how the staff are passionate about enhancing the prosperity and opportunities of the students – hopefully, I can play a key role in enhancing that further. Having acquired close to 20-years’ experience within the higher education environment, all of which has been within the Lincolnshire region, I am confident about being able to help the students from Melior Community Academy and ensure that I am able to assist in formulating a link between education and employment. I look upon the next few months and years with great excitement!”

Melior are keen to establish links with employers to support our students career opportunities and enable students to make informed decisions about their futures. In particular Labour Market Information is extremely important. If you are an employer and would like to establish links please contact the Careers Leader, Mrs Nixon on or 01724 868666 extension: 2036
