Megan Wing

Miss Megan Wing joined Melior Community Academy as a ‘Teach First’ English trainee in 2019.

As the SENCO at Melior, Miss Wing has the responsibility of overseeing the implementation of the SEND policy, putting provision in place to ensure the progress of SEN students and disseminating the most effective teaching approaches to members of staff. As the Neurodivergent Champion, Miss Wing continues to access wider training to uncover the most successful strategies to secure the learning of the SEN students in Melior.

Outside of the Academy, Megan thrives when playing hockey and rock climbing on a weekly basis. Miss Wing loves taking long walks with her dog, Dottie, and spending time with her family.
